Floor application of eSield attic insulation) Rules for Signature Home Services, LLC or (SHS) $5,000 home energy makeover sweepstakes     Signature Home Services, LLC will award one grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on January 1st 2010 and will end July 11, 2011. The grand prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. Signature Home Services, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.  The winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. A grand prize will be awarded.     The grand prize winner can choose from a retail value of $5,000 worth of Grandura windows or up to $5,000 in eShield attic insulation floor covering (maximum of 1,500 sqft.), or a comparable combination of the two determined exclusively by Signature Home Services, LLC. $5,000 worth or value is determined by Signature Home Services, LLC based on its’ then current price list. The prize must be installed by a Signature Home Services, LLC professional, and must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner. The house must be in suitable condition for installation: Ex. No water, mold, structural damage, etc. any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as determined at the sole discretion of SHS) must be settled at home owners expense before installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining no transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Signature Home Services, LLC who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its’ sole or absolute discretion. Signature Home Services, LLC will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following notification. Only one entry per house hold shall be entered into the drawing, after the first entry is received any other entries made under the same house hold will not be honored in the sweepstakes. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is elected as a winner. Any sweepstakes entries that are submitted and are located beyond SHS geographic service area will be ineligible for prize.  SHS service area includes the 11 county metro area surrounding the Minneapolis/St. Paul cities in Minnesota. Signature Home Services, LLC reserves the right to change or alter their service area description and requirements at any time during the sweepstakes period.      The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these rules, otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.      Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Signature Home Services, LLC and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. By entering into the sweepstakes the contestant and/or home owner understands that we will be providing Signature Home Services, LLC product information and services by telephone, postal mail, or e-mail. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation, Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided by SHS listed in these rules and any unforeseen additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.     Sweepstakes entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible as determined by SHS staff. Signature Home Services, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed ineligible at the discretion of SHS staff, and another contestant will be picked. Any home owner information that is received by SHS will not be shared or sold to any third party organizations.     By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Signature Home Services, LLC, its’ affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use misuse or possession of a prize.
